When is the pre-authorization of the deposit cancelled ?
When the security deposit for your rental is managed by SamBoat, you will be asked to make a pre-authorization on the website 48 hours before the start of your rental.
Without a damage claim from the owner, the pre-authorization will be automatically released 48 hours after the end of the last day of the rental, and the status of the security deposit will indicate "Released".
Once released, the time for your bank to unblock the funds can take a few days, after the release date.
If the security deposit is managed directly, we invite you to contact the owner.
