Payment is sent 24 hours after the first day of the rental (working days). Transfers are not sent on public holidays or weekends.
This period gives the renter the opportunity to file a complaint on-site if your boat does not match your initial description.
You will receive the amount of the rental in the form of a bank transfer.
To receive this transfer, it is important to fill in your bank account information (RIB) in the "My account" section and then "My Bank Information", as well as providing a scan of your identity card or passport in the "certifications" tab.
The rental amount is stored in an escrow wallet in your name at our payment provider from the renter's payments until the bank wire to your bank account.
