What is the SamBoat club?

It's our loyalty program that gives you exclusive offers and benefits based on the number of bookings you make on SamBoat. 

How does it work?
As soon as you complete your first reservation, you automatically become a member of the SamBoat Club by becoming a Captain.

After 3 bookings, you become a Commander, and after 8 bookings, you become an Explorer. 
Each level has its own advantages.

How can I find out about SamBoat Club discounts?
Exclusive discounts from SamBoat Club partner owners are visible in your search ads, thanks to the golden "club" badge.

Are my previous bookings taken into account?
Your previous bookings are taken into account by the SamBoat Club. In fact, we go back to the creation of your account with us.

How do I use my SamBoat Club discount code?
To benefit from your SamBoat Club discount code, add it directly on the left-hand banner of the payment page of a reservation by clicking on 'add a discount code'.

What happens if my reservation is cancelled?
For your reservation to be taken into account, you have to navigate. 
Your reservation is taken into account once you have checked out, on average 48 hours after the check-out. 
If your reservation is cancelled before you have had a chance to sail, it will be removed from your counter.
If you have used a coupon or gift card, these will be redeemed as soon as our cancellation department has finished processing your booking.
