What happens if my booking request is refused or has expired?

If my booking request is Refused or Cancelled because the deadline has expired, don't give up your search, you'll find the right boat. 

You can continue your search using the same filters or adapting them to extend the area or the list of offers. You can also write to us at contact@samboat.com for advice and guidance on your search. 

You will still have to make requests online on SamBoat.com, but we can help you with your search.
