This status means that the request has been sent and it is awaiting a reply from the owner. An owner has 72 hours to respond to the request. After this time, the request will be automatically "Cancelled".
When the owner logs on and replies to your request, the owner can accept it, refuse it or discuss it with you to better understand your project and decide whether his boat would be suitable.
