I have a request, what do I do?

Firstly, check your calendar and see if you have availability before accepting. Make sure all the details are correct. If you want the renter to know about any extra costs associated with the rental that are not included in the ad, such as fuel and the cost of a captain, it’s better to inform them before accepting the request. 

  1. If your boat is available, accept the request. You have 72 hours to respond to a request before the request is cancelled. After accepting, you can move to the next step.
  2. If your boat is not available, you have 4 options:
  • Refuse the rental, you don't have any solution.
