You can cancel a prepayment by clicking directly on the “Cancel request” button.
The prepayment will then be released and the debit will disappear from your account shortly.
Once the request has been accepted by the owner and the status has changed to “Paid” or “Deposit Paid”, you'll need to submit a cancellation request online in order to claim a refund.
