At check-in it turned out that the WiFi on board was not working, but that was quickly resolved by another router that we received. This is an example of how we always acted on solutions in which service to the customer was central. Already at the reception on 29/06 we were welcomed friendly and with a smile. Edi - who did the check in with us - is also a pleasure to deal with as a customer.
Bij de check in bleek de wifi aan boord niet te werken maar dat werd snel opgelost door een andere router die we meekregen. Dit als voorbeeld dat er altijd werd gehandeld in functie van oplossingen waarbij de service naar de klant toe centraal stond. Reeds bij het onthaal op 29/06 werden we vriendelijk en met de glimlach ontvangen. Ook Edi - die met ons de check in deed - is een plezier om als klant mee om te mogen gaan.
