Everything went perfectly. Karlo helped us a lot and the experience was very rewarding. I would like to mention that there was no ladder to climb from the water to the boat, which made it very difficult to bathe. This is a suggestion for improvement.

Very fast and uncomplicated communication. Ivan gives a detailed tour of the egg and is nice. Everything on the boat was as stated and flawless (except for the ladder, but maybe that will be replaced soon)
