The 2017 model Bavaria 34 charter yacht ‘Maverick’, designed by Farr Yacht design, is a capable family cruiser available in the British Virgin Islands. Built in Germany to a high standard, the 34 has a roller furling main and genoa, with all control lines easy to hand in the cockpit. The genoa winches have been moved aft, so the genoa can be trimmed easily by the helm or crew. You can be under full sail in just a few minutes. As the 34 carries her beam well aft, she benefits from twin wheels – great for helming visibility, with the added bonus of giving direct access to the transom swim platform, without any clambering around a single wheel. A full Garmin electronics suite, including a cockpit chart plotter, makes navigation a breeze. The 34 is responsive on the helm, easily sailed short-handed, and is the perfect yacht for a fabulous week (or more) cruising around the islands. Below decks, the Bavaria 34 charter yacht is beautifully finished with Sipo Mahogany joinery, light oak-colored cabin sole, and cream real leather upholstery. The galley, with stove, hob, and fridge is to starboard and with three surprisingly generous double cabins, there is room for family and friends.
