On billing of €300 for: 1) Late return (Friday after sunset): 30 € while Check out is scheduled the next day at 9:00 am!!! 2) Full not redone: 100 € 3) Triple billing of diesel and overestimation of our consumption I found the dishonest process of not having specified these important points during Check in (obviously done by another person) Leaves a bitter taste
