I think that the ship that corresponded to us is already old and we had a problem at sea, however they responded immediately and came to help us, very attentive and responsible. They refunded our money for the time we didn't use and offered to complete the tour the next day. Despite the problem, I would repeat with them, I give Mario and Mary a 100 note
