Another popular area to visit is Bequia, which has a direct ferry daily from Saint Vincent, which is known for the incredible wildlife which can be seen on the beaches, green meadows, and fishing villages, as well as the artists’ studios. Bequia is the largest of the Grenadine islands and is known worldwide for its beautiful beaches, as well as excellent diving opportunities due to the colourful reefs, caves, wall dives and wrecks to explore.
If you are a big fan of underwater exploring, either diving or snorkelling, other than Bequia, a great place to visit is Tobago Cays which is just a sail away. Here you can see the horseshoe reef which creates a calm lagoon where if you are lucky, you might spot dolphins, whales, or turtles. If you are going to rent a boat, the best place to rent from is Union Island, which is home to the southernmost marina and is home to some lovely fishing villages and coastal paths.
