DO YOU KNOW HOW TO SAIL (certified), HAVE SEVERAL HOURS OF SAILING EXPERIENCE (Regattas, personal sailboat, etc...), DO YOU LIKE SAILBOATS ON AND COMFORTABLE THEN RENARDO will welcome you with its modernity (2012), its unbeatable space (12.5m), and above all its well-being on board. "if you want a professional skipper it's possible". Interior: 6 berths (2 double cabins (2mX1.90m bed) 1 owner's cabin (in the bow 2.20X1.90) spacious with bathroom, its layout (2x bathrooms 1 electric toilet and 1 manual), equipped kitchen: oven, 3-burner GAS stove, microwave oven and a lounge area (saloon) as well as its exterior (cockpit) for sunbathing, with its retractable beach for swimming without problems. Water: 300 liters hot and cold under pressure 250 liters of diesel. The sailboat is very bright, equipped with several portholes and LED lamps. The bathrooms are equipped with hot water under pressure. Groups of young people are not welcome, ideally 1 couple with teenagers 4 to 6 people ideal or 3 couples, etc. The extras: all sails are on furler return copick, new bow thruster in July 2022 electric windlass. Autopilot, 2 steering wheels, sunshade and new hood 2023, etc. IMPORTANT MINIMUM RENTAL 7 days (EXCEPT JUNE SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER 4 DAYS MINI). if you wish, I will provide you with the ideal itinerary to discover the Spanish city I know everything by heart 15 years of sailing on the Spanish coast. The departure and arrival will take place at the port of Roses, you can park your vehicle in front of the boat for 1 week there are many coves for nice anchorages, swimming, paddle boarding, etc... parking is possible you can park the vehicle in front of the boat (70€ per week as an option). you can also follow a simple itinerary: Saturday: take the boat, depending on the weather anchor 20 minutes in the bay of Roses. Sunday: cala Montgo 1 hour of sailing, buoy swimming, restaurant, evening. Monday 1 hour of sailing port ESTARTIT = Medes Islands. Tuesday :retour towards cala Montjoy 3h sailing evening buoy or anchor. Wednesday :r reserve a buoy at cala pelosa Montjoy for lunch and enjoy a superb Paella (reservation online + a buoy) and then go to Port ligat or Cadaques. 1 hour sailing. Friday: next to Cadaques rest, swimming, and anchoring at noon la Guillola return to port 2h sailing. Saturday: cleaning and return of the sailboat at 10 am. "si vous voulez un skiper professionnel c'est possible " intérieur 6 couchages ( 2 cabines doubles (LIT 2mX1.90 m) 1 cabine propriétaire (en pointe 2.20X1.90)spacieuse avec SDB ,son aménagement (2x SDB 1 WC électrique et 1 à main)), cuisine équipée : four, GAZ 3 feux ,four micro-ondes et un coin salon(carré) ainsi que son extérieur(cockpit) pour prendre des bains de soleil , avec sa plage relevable POUR SE BAIGNER SANS PROBLEME eau : 300 litres chaude et froide sous pression 250 litres de gasoil Le voilier est très lumineux, équipé de plusieurs hublots ainsi que des lampes Leds. Les SDB sont équipées d'eau chaude sous pression . Les groupes de jeunes ne sont pas les bienvenus, idéalement 1 couple avec ados 4 à 6 personnes idéal ou 3 couples etc ... Les plus : toutes les voiles sont sur enrouleur retour copick , Propulseur etrave neuf en juillet 2022 guideau électrique. Pilote auto, 2 barres à roue , taux de soleil ET capote neuve 2023 etc ... IMPORTANT LOCATION MINIMUM 7 jours (SAUF PERIODE JUIN SEPTEMBRE ET OCOTBRE 4 JOURS MINI ) si vous le souhaitez je vous ferrez l itinéraire idéal pour découvrir la cité espagnole je connais tout par coeur 15 ans de navigation sur la cote de l'espagne Le départ et l’arrivée se fera au port de Roses, vous pourez staitonner votre vehicule devant le bateau sur 1 semaine il y a beaucoup de criques pour faire des mouillages sympa , baignade ,padle etc …parking possible vous garé le vehicule devant le bateau (70€ la semaine en option) vous pouvez aussi suivre un iténaire simple : samedi : prise du bateau , suivant météo mouiller à 20 minutes dans la baie de Roses dimanche : cala Montgo 1h de navigation ,bouée baignade ,restaurant , soirée Lundi 1h de navigation port ESTARTIT = iles Medes : Mardi :retour vers cala Montjoy 3 h nav .soirée bouée ou ancre Mercredi :réserver une bouée a la cala pelosa Montjoy pour aller dejeuner et deguster une superbe Paella (reservation par internet +une bouée) et puis aller sur Port ligat ou Cadaques .1 h nav Vendredi :à côté de cadaques repos baignade et mouilage a midi la Guillola retour au port 2h nav Samedi : nettoyage et restitution du voilier à 10 h .
