La pire expérience de charter de tous les temps. Problèmes techniques du premier au dernier jour, un système qui prétend être interactif mais cache en réalité une énorme désorganisation, pas d'interlocuteur, ni de manager, ni de contact. Beaucoup de gars essaient de se débrouiller sans ligne directrice... Propreté épouvantable, ils appellent Marina Punta Nuraghe une jetée accessible en empruntant un chemin de plage, sans toilettes, sans douche... même pas d'espace à l'abri du soleil, non VHF, annexe et pas de réponse au portable... Vous ouvrez des tickets techniques et chaque jour un "technicien" différent vous appelle qui ne vous donne aucune réponse mais force est de constater que vous essayez de caler jusqu'à la fin de la semaine... Éviter!
La peggior esperienza si charter mai avuta. Problemi tecnici dal primo all ultimo giorno, un sistema che fa finta di essere interattivo ma in realtà nasconde una grossa disorganizzazione, nessun referente, manager o contatto. Tanti ragazzi che cercano di gestire senza una linea guida…Pulizie pessime, chiamano Marina Punta Nuraghe un pontile raggiungibile facendo un sentiero di spiaggia, senza un wc, doccia… nemmeno una zona riparata dal sole, nessun VHF, gommone e nessuna risposta al cellulare… Apri ticket tecnici ed ogni giorno ti chiama un “tecnico” diverso che non ti da alcuna risposta ma e’ evidente che cerchi di temporeggiare fino alla fine della settimana…. Da evitare!
