Unfortunately, our experience with Aquatoria Yachting was catastrophic and we would not recommend it. The check-in was already negative, the employee took out his bad mood on the guests and shouted at us, even though it was not our fault. A big regatta was starting that day, so there was a lot of stress, but it should have been handled professionally. The ship was not ready until hours later and we were constantly ignored. The yacht itself was in poor condition: broken window openings, missing screws, broken refrigerator, insufficient cleanliness. Important indicators such as water and diesel did not work. Unfortunately, we had the impression that any defects were simply ignored, the employees did not care about anything. The check-out process was similar and our complaints were not taken seriously. To date, our complaint has not been responded to, so I feel compelled to send this bad review. Conclusion: Never again!
Leider war unsere Erfahrung mit Aquatoria Yachting katastrophal und keinesfalls weiterzuempfehlen. Bereits der Check-in war negativ, der Mitarbeiter hat seine schlechte Laune an den Gästen ausgelassen und uns angeschrien, obwohl wir nichts dafür konnten. An dem Tag startete eine große Regatta, daher war viel Stress, das sollte aber professionell gehandhabt werden. Das Schiff war erst Stunden später bereit und wir wurden dauerhaft ignoriert. Die Yacht selbst war in schlechtem Zustand: Defekte Fensteröffnungen, fehlende Schrauben, kaputter Kühlschrank, unzureichende Sauberkeit. Wichtige Anzeigen wie Wasser und Diesel funktionierten nicht. Leider hatten wir den Eindruck, dass jegliche Mängel einfach ignoriert wurden, den Mitarbeitern ist alles egal. Der Check-out Prozess war ähnlich und unsere Beschwerden wurden nicht ernst genommen. Bis heute wurde nicht auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert, daher sehe ich mich gezwungen diese schlechte Bewertung zu schicken. Fazit: Niemals wieder!
