The communication was perfect, the ñ of Toni, until on the boat back we went to start it and it wouldn't start, the boat went towards the rocks we got quite stressed and went down to stop it, when Maria (owner of the boat) arrived she was super unpleasant, she didn't even look at us she was worried about her boat when I was bleeding from having thrown myself onto the rocks to try to stop the boat from going into them, she was super unpleasant and once she saw that the boat was PERFECT she deigned to tell us how the day was? Without asking if we were okay, I repeat with a bleeding foot and very stressed by the situation, then she started doing things cleaning the boat, tying up another one... a jet ski... and making us wait because it was inconvenient to return the deposit which she had to return because the boat was perfect. In general a quite unpleasant and foul-mouthed person, I would not repeat the experience with her, we have gone with other companies that have been excellent.
