The activity itself was great. However, we were told to come at 8:30 a.m. for a 9 a.m. reservation. We waited more than 20 minutes because the box was closed. So we left late for our activity

If the reservation is at 9 a.m., as you will understand, you cannot come at 9 a.m. You must make the contract, the deposit, an explanation of the area where you will sail and an explanation of the operation of the boat. With all this, you must be at least 30 minutes before boarding time. You left at 9:07 a.m. and we had no problem with you returning 7 minutes later.
