The Courlis is a reasonably sized sailboat, light and easy to handle. It easily allows a day trip on the Erdre to Sucé (6 people max), or even a night on board (4 people max). It is powered by a fairly quiet 6hp that does not require a license. (contribution to the cost of the engine of 3€/h) If the wind allows, you can easily unfurl the genoa and hoist the mainsail, or even the spinnaker if you want. It is moored at the Jonelière quay, with free parking and access by bus. I maintain it regularly to use it myself. I can demonstrate basic maneuvers if necessary. Its size and weight allow good control, good uprighting. The philosophy of the boat takes up the essential orientations of the Finot Group: Good stability, Easy helm, Ergonomics at the helm and Ergonomics of maneuvering thanks to the inclined backrests, the return of the halyards to the cockpit, the good view forward. The innovation on this boat was to make a lifting keel (0.65-1.5m) with three bearings. The latter is therefore of good strength and rigidity.

Je peux faire une démonstration des manoeuvres de base si nécessaire. Sa taille et son poids permettent un bon contrôle, une bonne redressabilité. La philosophie du bateau reprend l'essentiel des orientations du Groupe Finot: Bonne stabilité, Barre facile, Ergonomie à la barre et Ergonomie de manoeuvre grâce aux dossiers inclinés, au retour des drisses au cockpit, à la bonne vue vers l'avant. L'innovation sur ce bateau a été de faire une quille relevable (0,65-1,5m) à trois paliers. Cette dernière est donc d'une bonne tenue, d'une bonne rigidité.
