By Coast Guard Rules and Regulations, Captain Fee is mandatory to be paid at dock ( Base) for the hours rented, including the free hour if given by promotion. Gratuity is not included, but it is recommended. 15%-20% of the overall amount. Cancellation policy The Captain has the authority to re-schedule the booking in the event of of unsafe weather conditions like named storms, strong winds, heavy rain, severe thunderstorm. Your booking will be ON HOLD for a future date you would like to re-schedule to. (Cloudy day or light rain does not apply).
