Très bien !

We had a wonderful weekend aboard Gargal, a comfortable and well-maintained sailboat. Bernard was very welcoming and accommodating, despite our somewhat chaotic planning.

Nous avons passé un très bon week end à bord de Gargal, un voilier confortable et bien entretenu. Bernard a été très accueilliant et arrangeant, et ce malgré notre organisation un peu chaotique.

3rd outing on Gargal, Bernard and his son always very accommodating. Simple boat to handle and sail, very comfortable with large cockpit and interior space. Very practical port to park right next to the boat. I recommend!

Very good contact with Bernard, who quickly established a relationship of trust. Gargal is a beautiful boat, regularly maintained and very well equipped, with small peculiarities in the interior layout as well as in the rigging due to its American design which give it a certain charm. During the stay, we had a very beautiful day with winds of 10 kts to 15 kts, and the boat was very pleasant and we were able to go to the coves. The last day, with winds of 25 to 30 kts, it remained very safe with two reefs and the genoa reduced, but it was not very comfortable which made us cut the day short (there were however no other sails on the water, fortunately this does not happen every day). Access by car to the port is a little complicated the first time, but after meeting Bernard, we are independent and we can stay at the quay.

Très bon contact avec Bernard, qui instaure rapidement une relation de confiance. Gargal est un beau bateau, régulièrement entretenu et très bien équipé, avec des petites particularités dans l'aménagement intérieur comme dans le gréement du fait de sa conception américaine qui lui donnent un certain charme. Pendant le séjour, nous avons eu une très belle journée avec des vents de 10 kts jusqu'à 15 ks, et le bateau s'est montré très agréable et nous avons pu aller jusqu'aux calanques. Le dernier jour, avec des vents de 25 à 30 kts, il est resté très sécurisant avec deux ris et le génois réduit, mais cela n'était pas très confortable ce qui nous a fait écourter la journée (il n'y avait cependant pas d'autres voiles sur l'eau, cela n'arrive heureusement pas tous les jours). L'accès en voiture au port est un peu compliqué la première fois, mais après avoir rencontré Bernard, on est autonome et on peut séjourner à quai.

Superbe séjour sur Gargal - le bateau est très bien entretenu, confortable et agréable à vivre et naviguer. Bernard est très disponible et très sympa. Hâte de la prochaine fois !

Boat conforms to the description, impeccable welcome from Bernard, and nice return to the station... Very nice navigation area, very beautiful anchorage! The only downside is the reception in Cassis, execrable, I recommend LaCiotat which will surprise you once you have passed the bar of the shipyard...

Bernard was a superb host and the boat was spot on. We had an incredible weekend. Bernard was really helpful and responded to texts straight away whenever we had any questions. Would recommend to anyone thinking about it.

Superb day out on Gargal. We only had a day but enjoyed a fabulous outing to Frioul. Not far (plenty of wind) but such a great time. Bernard was fabulous, very helpful and the yacht is everything you could wish for. Fully recommended.

A really nice time sailing Gargal out of Marseille. She was in great condition and there was lots of room for two of us on an overnight to the Calanque Sormieu. The boat handled easily under motor, at sail, anchoring and docking. Bernard is the best and I wish I could give him six stars. The many good reviews he has don't tell the whole story. He is a great benefit to our planet. Merci!!

Bernard was warm in his welcome, available beyond expectation, and confident until Gargal's delivery. We had to get to grips with Gargal and his electronics, with some telephone details on the first day of sailing. The shallow draft gave us idyllic and well-protected anchorages, from the Iles du Frioul to the Ile des Embiers.

Bernard a été chaleureux dans son accueil, disponible au delà de l'attendu, et confiant jusqu'à la remise de Gargal. Nous avons du apprivoiser Gargal et son électronique, avec quelques précisions téléphonique le premier jour de navigation. Le petit tirant d'eau nous a permis des mouillages idylliques et bien protégés, des Iles du Frioul à l'île des Embiers.

Bernard is a very friendly and welcoming owner. The handling of the boat and the return went very well. He let us return at our convenience. The boat is very suitable for a crew of 8 people, it sails very well in light winds. We will rent this boat again with great pleasure.

Bernard is always so nice. We had a very pleasant stay aboard Gargal. The only downsides are... the mainsail is rinsed, the Lazy bag is dead (baked by the sun), the piano is not easy to manage... too many boots on the same winch... It is a very comfortable boat that I recommend.

Les seuls bémols sont... la grand voile est rincée, le Lazy bag est mort ( cuit par le soleil), le piano n'est pas simple à gérer.. trop de boots sur le même winch.. Great weekend with friends with Gargal! The boat is totally cruising oriented, with large interior and exterior spaces and easily manoeuvrable. The Mainsail is still quite large compared to other boats of the same type, which allows you to sail quite a bit in 6-7 knots of wind.

Super WE entre amis avec Gargal ! Le bateau est totalement orienté croisière, avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et facilement manoeuvrable. La GV reste tout de même assez grande par rapport à d'autres bateaux du même type, ce qui permet d'avancer pas si mal à la voile dès 6-7 nds de vent.

As usual, the boat is on top as well as Bernard. We slept in two couples on an anchorage in Friuli with a steady wind, the boat was very safe. A pleasant boat both at anchor and in navigation. THANKS !

Alright ! The boat is very well maintained and Bernard is just perfect: kind, available, helpful, good advice. We sailed with our 4 young children, for the first time as a family. And I highly recommend Gargal + Bernard!

Sailboat very well maintained by its owner. Engine, fittings, sails, equipment in perfect condition (except the depth sounder which tends to get lost when the engine is off, not necessarily disturbing). Bernard was very accommodating for this stay, cleaning and sheets are offered as an option, fair prices compared to the rates charged by professional rental companies. No appendix.

Voilier très bien entretenu par son propriétaire. Moteur, A »accastillage, voiles, équipements en parfait état (excepté le sondeur qui a tendance à se perdre le moteur éteint, pas forcément dérangeant). Bernard a été très arrangeant pour ce séjour, le ménage et les draps sont proposés en option, prix honnêtes par rapport aux tarifs effectués par les loueurs professionnels. Pas d’annexe.

The Gargal is a very well maintained boat. Comfortable, very clean and pleasant to live in. Lots of space in the saloon, the cockpit is huge. On the navigation side, good sensations guaranteed. Boat pleasant to navigate, safe. Bernard loves his boat and passes it on with kindness and lots of sound advice. The instructions on board are clear and practical, to use and answer the slightest questions. In short, a very nice weekend of sailing, sun, wind, calm seas and a good comfortable boat.

Pleasant and efficient under sail. Some slightly aging on-board instruments without this posing a problem. Fairly limited water supply (3-4 days). NO ANNEX - unless explicitly requested. We recommend!

Quatre jours de navigation en février entre Marseille et Cassis, Gargal est conforme à la présentation réalisée sur le site. Le voilier se comporte bien, même avec un petit coup de mistral. Excellent contact avec Bernard, communication très facile, attentionnée et rapide. Bateau très spacieux et très confortable, et très performant grâce à ses grandes voiles en excellent état. Tous les équipements de navigation fonctionnent très bien. Pour une longue croisière, bien gérer l'eau douce, qui est utilisée pour les toilettes et la vaisselle, mais grâce à son grand réservoir, c'est ok.

Bernard a été très accueillant, nous a bien expliqué comment marchait son bateau. Ce voilier est très bien équipé et très agréable à naviguer, nous n'avons eu aucun problème et avons passé 3 belles journées dans les calanques de Marseille et Cassis. je recommande!

3 jours dans les calanques inoubliables. Un bateau impeccable, bien entretenu et très agréable. Rien ne manque à bord, Bernard est d'une extrême gentillesse (il nous a prêté sa voiture pour l'avitaillement, c'est dire). Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, je louerai GARGAL à nouveau sans hésiter.

Un genneker aurait pu être utile Comportement très sain; arrière moteur bizarre mais propulseur d'étrave Petit couac : le nettoyage bâclé par le locataire précédent, et pas vérifié avant nous Propriétaires conciliants avec notre arrivée tardive le vendredi soir à refaire !

Très bien. Bernard nous bien accueilli et présenté le bateau. Il nous a même emmené apprendre la pêche au calamars. Gargal est confortable et sécurisant. Marche très bien dans les petits airs.

3jours de voile en baie de Marseille dans le médium (20 noeuds de vent, rafales a 25). En fait nous ne sommes sortis que 2jours, restant prudemment au port du frioul le 2e jour car ça soufflait à 30 noeuds. Trop nombreux problèmes techniques ( bosses de ris, drisse de GV, taquet du piano, GV, enrouleur de génois...) L’intérieur du bateau est confortable mais Gargal est à réserver à du petit temps.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend, le bateau est bien adapté par mauvais temps (vent et pluie), et est bien équipé (de la voile avec le confort!)

Le voilier de Bernard est équipé de manière à naviguer en toute sécurité , il est confortable même par gros temps Le propulseur d'étrave facilite les manœuvres dans les ports.Les communications avec Bernard sont rapides pour les demandes de renseignements pendant la durée de la location. A la fin de notre navigation Bernard nous a aimablement ramener à Marseille.

Le Gargal est un bateau très manœuvrant, facile à prendre en main et confortable qui nous a permis de passer un excellent week end malgré le Mistral. Cockpit, carré et cabines spacieuses. Bernard est disponible, arrangeant pour l'organisation et facilitant en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons chaleureusement!

Notre séjour sur le Gargal de Bernard s’est très bien passé. Bernard et très arrangeant et tres disponible pour répondre aux questions. Il nous a même fait la navette pour nous ramener à la gares et à l’aéroport! Le bateau est très agréable à manœuvrer, très bien équipé et très confortable. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Excellent contact avec Bernard ! Nous avons pu facilement nous entendre pour les heures de départ et d'arrivée et l'accès au bateau est très pratique. Le bateau est en très bon état général, et Bertrand veille à son entretient, nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Bref une sortie en mer à la journée idéale ! Je choisirai à nouveau le bateau de Bertrand avec plaisir pour une prochaine fois. N'hésitez pas à louer son bateau.

Bernard est très sympathique et le bateau est très agréable à 8. Nous avons eu quelques soucis techniques : propulseur d'étrave HS, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour avec une météo parfaite.

Bernard est très gentil et serviable, le Gargal est rapide, stable et spacieux. Nous avons navigué 7 personnes pendant trois jours en visitant le Parc Naturel des Calanques. Merci Bernard.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire du voilier loué malgré les quelques problèmes rencontrés au cours de la croisière (découverte que l'annexe se dégonflait en 5 mn et pas de moteur HB disponible au départ, bout' de l'enrouleur qui a lâché par force 7 en enroulant le génois, corde après la chaine de l'ancre qui s'est coincée dans le guideau obligeant à la sectionner pour pouvoir remonter l'ancre, manille de la filière de la poupe qui s'est cassée en voulant l'ouvrir).

Location parfaite ... Le bateau est très marin, facile à manoeuvrer et très pratique ! Belles cabines Bernard est très accueillant et très arrangeant . Il a réparé à moindre coût nos bêtises ... avec le sourire ! Nous reviendrons !! Je recommande vivement
