Buen día,
El 7 de julio de 2024 alquilé un barco en Menorca, puerto de Mahón, Bénéteau Flyer 8 Sundeck, alquiler n°1179389.
Pagué al propietario la fianza de 1500 euros con tarjeta por la mañana antes de coger el barco.
Pasado el día, por la noche, al regresar, el propietario encontró la hélice dañada y retuvo sólo el 1200 de su depósito (el precio de la hélice).
Desde la apertura del expediente de reclamación he intentado contactar con el propietario solicitándole una copia del inventario de posesión del barco y de devolución del barco y del informe de mar acompañado de fotografías y se niega a entregármelos.

J'ai payé au propriétaire la caution de 1500 euros par carte le matin avant de prendre le bateau.
Après la journée, le soir, en rentrant le propriétaire a trouvé l'hélice endommagée et il a retenu uniquement 1200e sur votre caution(le prix d'hélice).
Depuis l'ouverture du dossier de sinistre j'essaie de contacter le propriétaire en lui demandant la copie des états des lieux de prise de possession du bateau et de restitution du bateau et le rapport de mer accompagné des photos et il réfuse à me les donner.

el barco te fue entregado perfectamente, firmaste un contrato donde especifica que dicha embarcación no tenia desperfectos,(tienes copia) vimos en la entrega cada parte del barco haciendo énfasis en especial de la Helice, que como pudiste ver estaba en perfectas condiciones.
Al regreso saliste de barco rápido diciendo que todo fue perfecto, que ningún problema. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando vi la Helice que tenia las tres palas DESTROZADAS, te quedaste con fotos, tanto las tuyas como las mías. Por si no fuese poco, el barco tiene tres impactos en el casco y quemaste el motor de la hélice de proa.

Nos lo pasamos de maravilla, los propietarios fueron eficientes y respondieron todas nuestras preguntas antes del viaje. El patrón fue el mejor conductor que hemos experimentado, nos llevaron a algunas calas encantadoras para nadar y luego a una hermosa playa donde tuvimos una comida increíble. Mi hijo de 9 años dijo que fue el mejor día de su vida. Alquilamos la tabla de remo y disfrutamos usándola mientras nos recuperamos. ¡Volveremos!
We had the most amazing time, the owners were efficient and answered all of our questions before the trip. The skipper was the best driver we have experienced, they took us to some lovely coves to swim and then to a beautiful beach where we had an amazing meal. My 9 year old son said it was the best day of his life. We hired the paddle board and enjoyed using that whilst mores up. We will be back!
