After several good experiences with Samboat, this time the service was terrible. Although the boat was beautiful and spacious, it could not be enjoyed as indicated on the website. The skipper, Ricardo, was arrogant and unfriendly, without offering information about the areas in Formentera. He imposed several prohibitions: not to use the interior of the boat or the refrigerator, which was problematic in the middle of July, as well as only allowing food and drink at the table. The trip included only one stop in 8 hours and did not offer any alternative route or explanations. He prohibited smoking even if the engine was stopped and the location of the dock was different from the one indicated, which caused delays. Although it was agreed to extend the time, the skipper did not comply. In addition, he treated with bad manners a visitor who apologized for getting too close. He did not offer help to embark or disembark. After this bad experience and the high cost, I will think twice before renting with Samboat again.

Ricardo, you mentioned that you did not want to listen to the rules of use. Yes, you can go down inside but if it is the first day, we do not recommend it as it is easy to get dizzy, nor can we go down inside wet, to avoid possible falls. Regarding the refrigerators, we leave an outside one for you to use and have it at hand, the use of the kitchen is contemplated for weekly rentals where the comfort and cleaning pack is included (550€) The boat rental is for 8 hours with an agreed time, if you arrive late to boarding we cannot do anything, the boat was ready at the agreed time. The exact boarding place is provided 24 hours in advance, it is not an excuse to arrive late. On the boats we prohibit smoking when sailing. Samboat is a good platform, it is not to blame for your bad experience. Thank you Ana.

Han sido 4 días estupendos entre Formentera e Ibiza. El Barco muy limpio y todo en orden. Hemos hecho las rutas en función de lo que nos gustaba y del estado del viento y de la mar, y el Patrón muy atento en todo momento. Repetiremos.

Giornata nel complesso piacevolissima il nostro comandante Riccardo è stato molto professionale, gentile e simpatico. La descrizione dei servizi offerti non è corretta. Noleggiando un solo giorno non si hanno l'uso delle cabine,dinette, cucina e frigorifero della barca. Wifi, amaca all'aperto e doccia calda assenti. Inoltre abbiamo cercato di aggiungere un passeggero il giorno prima, vietato.

Muchas gracias Massimiliano, me alegro que pasaran un gran día navegando. El barco efectivamente en los alquileres de un día no están incluidos los camarote, ni cocina ni el uso de las duchas, ya que esto esta incluido en un pack confort que se incluye en los alquileres con pernocta, esto requiere de una limpieza y desinfección y parada en puerto para llenar agua en los depósitos del barco, además de sabanas y ropa de cama por un coste de 550€. Para los alquileres de un día se incluye las neveras, los cuartos de baños y el salón, ademas de la cubierta y todos los juguetes para disfrutar del día en el mar, por otro lado la capacidad máxima del barco es de 10 personas más la tripulación por lo que añadir a una persona mas es una infracción grave.
