Looking for a little privacy? Our "La Mare Apart LL" is a modern houseboat, which with 12m length and 4.2m width offers enough space of about 50m², as well as retreat options for the whole family. In the open living concept, you can let your gaze wander from the comfortable sofa with sleeping function (foldable to 134x200cm) or from the comfortable swivel chairs at the table, through the large panoramic windows. Alternatively, there is a smart TV with integrated DVD player above the chest of drawers, as well as Wi-Fi access if the books are once read. The living room is also equipped with underfloor heating, so there are no cold feet even in the cold season. With extensive equipment and the 4-burner gas hob, the compact kitchenette can be well taken care of for your culinary well-being. Storage space for provisions is provided in the adjacent utility room. On the houseboat there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200cm) including storage function and wardrobes with mirrored doors, which offer enough storage space for your belongings. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows at the head of the beds, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle in the harbor or the sunrise in the morning without a care. Through a door in the rear bedroom, you reach the 4.5 m² large stern terrace, which serves all around relaxation and well-being with access to the Finnish sauna. After a soothing sauna session, you can toughen up via the mounted bathing ladder or reclaim the houseboat in the summer after a refreshing swim. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, electric toilet, and a sink, completing the wellness area. On the 9m² large bow terrace with table and chairs, you can wrapped in warming woolen blankets watch the sunset with a drink of your choice and end the day. Alternativ gibt es über der Kommode einen Smart-TV mit integriertem DVD-Player sowie WLAN-Zugang, sollten die Bücher einmal ausgelesen sein. Das Wohnzimmer ist außerdem mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, sodass es auch in der kalten Jahreszeit keine kalten Füße gibt. In der kompakten Küchenzeile kann dank umfangreicher Ausstattung und dem 4er-Gaskochfeld sehr gut für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt werden.
