Worst yacht rental experience of my life.The yacht was completely unprepared for sailing:dirty, unkempt, there was a bad smell inside, the refrigerator did not work, the fuel, water, battery panel did not work as well.The bilge pump regularly pumped out water from unknown sources. The echolot panel was installed in the cabin, the binoculars broke only after being picked up. Standing at the helm, the bimini rested on his head.There was no windex at all, the anemometer did not work.The water tanks were completely empty. Renter offered to fill by himself up (the ship was parked in the municipal marina, crowded with small boats, with an extremely shallow marina, anchored). In the evening the anchor winch stopped completely.Finally Billy stated that we fired some of the rockets (we didn't even touch them) and burned the electric motor, and demanded to pay 300 euros from the avance!The conversation took place in a raised tone, accompanied by shouting and threats.!Never deal with this Renter!

The charterer was very unpolite from the beggining of check in ,agressive and tryiing to get extras for free!!!He also "borrowed" from another boat of the company which he "visited" many times over the first night of the charter !! Videos and also witnesses are awailable. During the charter He destroyed the fully functional and accepted in check in windlass!!!We replaced the destroyed Windlass and he was informed !The recovery cost of broken parts by charterer should be kept from Caution (security Deposit) or payed on the spot upon check out! On The last Day he not hand over the Boat 0900 on saturday 14/9 but the were inside the boat in the marina untill 12.30 The same period Mr Arunas himself was in the office NOT giving Boat Papers and the keys Untill he to receive his full KAUTION !!!!The port police is informed and court starts

All the base crew were amazing! The food recomendations along with the suggested routes were on point. It was a great day to be out at sea just lounging around. A great experience in a beautiful pllace! #summer2024
