Check-in at the office was good. Handover of the boat was not good. (Auxiliary) staff were not very motivated. The technician mentioned was not available. Defects (on a 1-year-old boat) were pointed out but you don't get the feeling that these defects bother anyone or that anyone is trying to fix them. On a positive note, specific requests were met. The boat was in a worse condition than expected.
