Firstly, we were told that the bow thruster was defective. The spare parts had been ordered 3 weeks ago and still hadn't arrived. The bow thruster was contractually guaranteed to me and I paid for it. Maneuvers without this tool mean a risk of damage in the wind conditions! Secondly, we set sail with defective service batteries, which we only noticed after two days. This significantly reduced comfort. We had to run the engine several times to have power for at least a few hours. Thirdly, the promised fans were missing in the cabins (check your own yacht description!).

Erstens wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Bugstrahlruder defekt sei. Die Ersatzteile seien schon vor 3 Wochen bestellt worden und immer noch nicht eingetroffen. Das Bugstrahlruder wurde mir vertraglich zugesichert und ich habe dies bezahlt. Manöver ohne dieses Hilfsmittel bedeuten bei den Windverhältnissen ein Schadenrisiko! Zweitens liefen wir mit defekten Service-Batterien aus, was wir erst nach zwei Tagen bemerkten. Der Komfort war dadurch erheblich eingeschränkt. Wir mussten mehrmals extra den Motor laufen lassen, um wenigstens für wenige Stunden Power zu haben. Drittens fehlten die zugesicherten Ventilatoren in den Kabinen (Schauen Sie selbst in Ihrem eigenen Yachtbeschrieb!).
