From the very beginning with the booking and follow up... ... the welcome process... ... the catering to get the boat running.. but foremost... the focus with security an well being of the customers.... ending with the return process ... well done. recommended! Unfortunately the description in Samboat was not correct. No masks, snorkel, fins or even Paddle in the Cap Camarat 925 that we rented. A nice staff, however, a sonar out of order before you even leave. The boat not replenished with fresh water: therefore no use of the shower…. Brief pity.
Malheureusement le descriptif dans Samboat n’était pas juste. Pas de masques, tuba, palme ou encore Paddle dans le Cap Camarat 925 que nous avons loué. Un personnel sympa néanmoins toutefois un sonar en panne avant même de partir. Le bateau pas réapprovisionné en eau douce: donc pas d’utilisation de la douche…. Bref dommage.
