Security deposit management: Managed directly by the owner
The owner has chosen to handle the deposit directly during the rental. Do not pay a deposit before seeing the boat and the owner.

Cancellation Policy: Personalised
For cancellations up to six months before the beginning of the charter, the company will charge 30% of the total price. The remaining amount shall be returned to the Client at his expense.
For cancellation from 6 months up to one month before the beginning of the charter, the company will charges 50% of the total price. The remaining amount shall be returned to the Client at his expense.
For a cancellation within one month before the beginning of the charter, the company will charges 100% of the total price, whereas in this case, it is deemed that the Client did not cancel using the service and accordingly reserves the right to refer another person to use the service.
For cancellation after the takeover of the vessel, the company will keeps 100% of the total price and charges the Client for all costs arising from the cancellation.
