Si le locataire renonce à la location et demande la résiliation du contrat, les sommes versées en application de l’article 1 seront acquises au loueur. En tout état de cause, si le loueur parvient à relouer le bateau réservé aux mêmes conditions, il remboursera la totalité des sommes versées, moins la redevance pour frais de dossier de : 7 % du montant de la présente location.
Une assurance annulation peut être contractée par le locataire, à son bénéfice et à ses frais.
